Sergeant Robert Penman: Pimp, Drug Dealer and close personal friend of "Dirty" Chief Eric Jolliffe

York Regional Police's Own Personal Whore: Yvonne Regner AKA Daniella Dubois

Meet Sergeant Robert Penman. He was a fast rising and politically connected police officer in York Regional Police. He also decided to become a pimp and a drug dealer while on the job as a Sergeant for the York Regional Police. Sergeant Robert Penman decided to open up a brothel in Newmarket on a residential street where kids and families roamed and played. The street had idyllic parks and was ideal for a growing family. However, Sergeant Robert Penman had other ideals. He decided to open up a brothel and drug dealing base . Although members of the community complained and complained no one from the York Regional Police would respond. And the reason for this? 80% of the "customers" were other police officers. Neighbors would log marked police cars, unmarked police cars and walk in traffic. Neighbors would carefully document with photographic evidence the numerous police officers walking in and out the brothel and drug dealing den in the Newmarket neighborhood. The response would always be none because  the York Regional Police officers loved their "afternoon" delights and it was rumored that head hooker Yvonne Regner was very "skilled" in servicing police officers. Among her customers, so she bragged, was at the time ex- Chief Armand La Barge , current Chief "Dirty" Eric Jolliffe, Inspector Rick McCabe, Superintendent Stan Colley, Inspector Graeme Turl, Superintendent Robertson Rouse,Inspector John Burness etc.

More so  than the street thugs and urchin it was the actual boys in blue (actually black, York Regional Police uses Nazi black for added effect) who enjoyed their Oxycontin 80's and a little pick me up  of white powder . It seems both Sergeant Robert Penman and Yvonne Regner would score all of the good drugs. However, Sgt. Penman wasn't only confined to in calls. His whores also did out calls. Neighbors also launched numerous complaints to the York Regional Police, the OIPRD and the Newmarket mayor that wild and drug fueled parties would take place at THE SHED (600 Stonehaven, Newmarket). The SHED is the place to be for York Regional Police officers as it always was and still is a place to find hookers, booze and drugs...of course for that back pain these officers endure after a hard game of "soccer" and "baseball". One warning though: Only white officers allowed and no female officers please. Seems THE SHED AKA The Bürgerbräukeller, is only for white male officers who know how to keep a secret *wink*.

So what happened to Sergeant Robert Penman's clubhouse for his boy in blue (black- York uses Nazi black)? It had to be closed after numerous police officers crashed their marked and unmarked cruisers into neighbors lawn after "partaking" in the goods that Sgt. Penman had. The last straw was when a police cruiser marked "204" almost killed Little Jimmy playing ball in his front lawn. It was after 2 straight years of complaints and numerous written letters to the then Chief Armand La Barge and his faithful but equally moral corrupt and criminal Deputy Chief Eric Jollifee that the police were forced to close down the biggest and best brothel in York Region. Don't feel too sorry for the drug addicts and criminals of the York Regional Police. They still can get their kicks at the Police Shed. However, heed the warning: If you're Black- GO BACK! The shed is only for white officers and the occasional token black. In case you are wondering what happened to Sgt. Penman ...well...nothing. The great thing about criminal organizations is they watch each others back. The Chief and his staff of Merry Men made the case disappear. Quietly and efficiently. Just like the mob.

Here is the original arrest article for Sergeant Robert Penman and his "gal":

York Region police have charged a 23-year veteran officer and his long-time girlfriend with running a brothel in Newmarket.

Police announced yesterday that Sergeant Robert Penman, 52, of Newmarket, faces a charge of keeping a common bawdy house, two counts of procuring for the purpose of prostitution and breach of trust.
Police also charged Yvonne Regner, 35, with keeping a common bawdy house.
One police source said Regner was his girlfriend and that they lived across from each other on a street called On Bogart Circle, where they also allegedly kept the bawdy house.
York police Chief Armand La Barge noted that charges follow on the heels of a "thorough investigation" by the force's professional standards branch.
"We take the allegations of misconduct by police officers very seriously," La Barge said.
The chief said he knew the veteran officer personally, referring to him as a "longstanding member of the organization and a good member."
La Barge said the standards branch began investigating last September, after tips from "a number of sources," including "internal information."
The chief wouldn't say whether York police had gone undercover as part of the investigation of their colleague.
"This is before the courts; I can't go into details," he said.
As part of the investigation, police executed a search warrant at Penman's house late last year. The warrant and other documents in the case have been sealed by the court.
Penman, a divorced father of four, was suspended with pay Dec. 30. At the time of his suspension, he was working at 2 District and had about 30 officers under his command.
Charges are anticipated against Penman under the Police Services Act, according to a news release.
"It's extremely disappointing," the chief said of yesterday's arrest, emphasizing that this was an "isolated event.''
"Undoubtedly, this will have an impact collectively on the organization," he said.
"It can't help but have an impact when one of your own is charged with a criminal offence."
Penman and Regner are to appear in Newmarket court on April 7.
